Great concept website, hopefully it will take off! I am a former brewer who just does not have the time to do it anymore. 8o( I mostly like a lot of what the "mainstream" would turn their nose up at! Wheat, belgian, meads, fruit adds, specialties, etc. But I cannot admit to ever turning down a nice standard pale ale either. 8oP Phlimm from Pittsburgh area

Glad to have you onboard. I've been brewing for about 10 years now and though its sometimes difficult to find the time, its all a labor of love... :O) I'll be testing out / brewing a porter recipe today, and my german wheat is just about done. (I'll be bottling the wheat today) Currently I'm in the Harrisburg area, but I am planning on visiting Pittsburg's "Church Brew Works" in 2 or 3 weeks. I'll let you know for sure, and I'll bring you a few brews... :O) Cheers, PhillyD.
